Alishan Jinxuan: Winter 2014 Premium
The texture of this tea is comparatively thick, with a distinctly dry, but not heavy, finish. Less floral but more creamy than the spring 2014 batch, a historically typical feature of winter tea. Charcoal-baked. When brewing consider using a little less tea, as the leaves expand even more dramatically than usual.
